I was tasked with creating a website design template that would be added to a library of templates for our clients to choose from. Our team developed a collection of flexible and customizable templates that provide a strong starting point for clients looking to build a new website. The goal was to create clean and user-friendly designs that could be easily adapted to fit a variety of brands and home service industries while maintaining a consistent structure and overall user experience.

For this project, I selected a location to establish a fictional client and then developed a brand around that location. The location I landed on was Lake Charles, Louisiana, which led to the creation of the Lakeside HVAC & Plumbing brand. I developed the brand identity, including the company name, visual style, color palette, typography, and supporting design elements.

Once the Lakeside HVAC & Plumbing brand was established, I began developing a series of wireframes to plan out the homepage's structure and content hierarchy. After the wireframes, I created the final high-fidelity design. The completed design demonstrates how the template could be customized for a specific client while still maintaining the flexible structure and functionality needed for our broader template library.
